Delivery & Terms
If you choose to buy direct from ourselves here are details which apply to delivery within the UK:
• All packages must be signed for by persons over the age of 18 – if you look young proof of age may be required… lucky you!
• Delivery is available between Monday and Friday only. The couriers are working for the weekend!
• Delivery companies would really appreciate contact details for the recipient. Please try to include a phone number or email with the recipient address.
• In instances of loss or breakage please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Images of any breakages are greatly appreciated. Feel free to throw in some pictures of sad faces too… it’ll motivate us to get it fixed faster!
In addition to the above, the following details the policies which also apply to delivery out with the UK:
• Sorry but orders being shipped out with the UK may be eligible for local taxation and duties upon arrival in the destination country, These are payable by the customer. Again sorry.
• All packages must be signed for upon arrival for by persons over the legal drinking age in the destination country - if you look young proof of age may be required… lucky you!
